We make every effort not to overly disrupt your home while
we do our work. We strive to be clean and neat, and are
respectful of your property. We cover the flooring, pick-up
after ourselves, vacuum all work areas, and remove all
work-related debris.
The average single-family house, or small commercial building,
can be repiped and have water back on the first day of
the project; multiple unit buildings can be done in stages,
ensuring that the water will not be turned off overnight.
Our price quote also typically includes the patching and
refinishing of any holes made to facilitate our work inside
your walls or ceiling spaces; you will not need to hire
a separate contractor for these repairs.
Your repipe will be completed using all new materials
of the highest quality, including 100% American-made copper
pipe (also called tubing), stainless steel, brass and
bronze valves, shut-offs and supply lines. “PEX”
piping may also be employed, where requested and approved.
Our soldering materials are lead-free and safe for your
household water usage. Everything we use is approved by
the nationally recognized Uniform Plumbing Code, and all
of our work will be performed to comply with your city's
building codes. You may be assured that your plumbing
project will be carried-out with the utmost attention
to quality and detail. Our work carries warranty on piping
materials, and a guarantee of our workmanship.
Our company is fully licensed, bonded and insured, including
Worker's Compensation and Liability coverage, assuring
